Which countries do you deliver to?

We ship to the following countries in Asia Pacific: Bangladesh, Bhutan, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Maldives, Nepal, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam. For countries not listed here, please visit our parent METALOG website.

What are the delivery charges? How long will delivery take?

Shipping costs are dependent on the delivery address and the weight of the package. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

We ship with FedEx: You will typically receive your METALOG training tools within 7-10 days.

Prices quoted in our shop exclude delivery charges, as well as local import charges and customs duty.

All our prices for international export (from Germany) are DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), so you may be required to clear local import customs and possibly be required to pay import charges. We cannot estimate what local import duties, tariffs or other charges may be levied, so we advise you to contact your local customs authorities in advance.

What exactly happens after ordering? Do I receive an invoice for my order?

You will receive an email confirmation after your order is placed. You will also receive an email confirmation when your package is marked as shipped. We will provide you with a FedEx tracking number.

What payment methods do you accept?

We use Stripe to process all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Your payment is processed once your order is placed.

What is your refund policy?

We have a 14 day return policy. If an article should not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days provided that the goods are returned in a faultless, unused condition. The sender is responsible for the payment of carriage and for ensuring that the goods are adequately packaged (where possible, using the original packaging). This policy excludes imprinted promotional products.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once your order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. However, we have a 14-day return policy if you wish to return your items for a refund and place a new order.

What should I do if I received a damaged or wrong product?

Please contact us via metalogshop@thelearninggym.co and we will assist you. Please provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue(s), and any photos. METALOG has a 24 months minimum guarantee for materials and workmanship.
